The process;

Prep- set the ambiance with our aromatherapy candles and calming jazz sounds to set your mind in a relaxed mode.

Follow on with a warm-up tension release rub all over your body.

We dig deep into the body and work on your body gently yet firmly to help your muscles relax with hydrating and nourishing oils.

Spot control: if there are areas on your body that need treating ie blemishes, or scars we will do a miniature spot treatment and recommend a full body exfoliation treatment.
