Epsom Bath Salts

Epsom Salts, not actually salt, but a naturally occurring pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate.

Readily absorbs through the skin, making Epsom salt baths an easy and ideal way to enjoy the associated health benefits in the body including reducing inflammation, helping muscles to relax from minor aches and pains.

Directions of use: Pour a sizable amount into a basin/foot spa with warm/hot water. Lay in basin/place feet in the foot spa and soak in for 10 - 20mins once a week. Moisturise skin/feet with any of our Body Butters after each soak.
